Silver Linings Rewards Program
All clouds have a silver lining. Everyone can be enrolled in the new rewards program when they make a purchase by providing their name and email addy. There is nothing to keep, remember, hold on to, or get punched. (whew!)
Active duty military and guild members will receive the 10% discount every time they make a purchase (does not apply to classes). Just show your ID.
What are the benefits of the rewards program?
- Reward earnings are shown on the bottom of your receipt along with progress towards the next reward
- When purchases equal $250.00 or more you will receive a 10% discount coupon
- The coupon becomes active 3 days after it is earned and can be used once up to 1 year from the date it is earned
- You continue to earn discount coupons for each accumulation of $250 in purchases
What are the restrictions of the rewards program?
- Only one coupon can be used for each purchase
- Coupons can not be used during our Christmas, Easter and Christmas in July sales
- The coupon can not be used for classess
- Discount coupons expire after 1 year

Returns & Exchanges
- We offer a full refund within 90 days on yarn and notions in original condition or packaging except if discontinued by the manufacturer
- Needles are can be exchanged within 10 days of the original purchase, 30 days if you experience a manufacturer's defect
- We cannot accept returns on yarn that has been wound by either the shop or by the customer
- Yarn smelling of smoke or containing pet hair or other debris will be refused
- We cannot accept returns on manufacturer or shop discontinued or final sale yarns
- We cannot accept returns on books, booklets, patterns, or magazines

Gift Certificates
- Gift Certificates must be used within 6 months of being issued
- Remaining balances will remain on the gift certificate until used or expired.
- Gift certificates are not refundable in cash

Winding Policy
- At no cost to you, we will wind 2 skeins of yarn purchased at the Yarn Cloud while you wait, if staffing is available.
- If you have purchased more than 2 skeins we will ask you to leave the yarn with us for winding and will call you as soon as it is ready (Usually within 24 hours)
- Yarn not purchased at the Yarn Cloud will be wound at a cost of $2.00 per skein to cover staff time and equipment maintenance.

Yarn Cloud Class Policies
- Classes must be paid for at the time of registration
- Supply lists will be provided at the time of registration
- Prep instructions will be available in the shop or emailed as needed
- Cancellations must be received at least 2 days prior to class for a full refund. This allows us to contact folks on the waiting list
- A 10% discount on supplies purchased for class is available (if not already on sale). Must be purchased prior to or on the day of class to receive the discount
- Make-up classes and out of class assistance must be coordinated with the instructor and may involve additional costs
- Yarn must be purchased from the Yarn Cloud for use in class unless otherwise noted or approved by the instructor. The materials for each class have been specifically selected to ensure students will have a successful experience and projects have the same texture, ease, fit and results as the instructor's samples .
